Individual applications for short term programs must be submitted with a $300 Cdn application fee (effective July 1, 2009). This fee may be waived in the case of group bookings.


Refund Policy:

  1. If visiting student authorization is not approved by Canadian Immigration, a letter of rejection from the High Commission must be provided to West Vancouver School District. A full refund of program fees paid will be issued less the $300 Cdn application fee and a $300 Cdn administration fee.
  2. No refund of program fees will be granted if the student withdraws in the middle of the program, or if they have already begun the program for whatever reason.
  3. No refund of program fees will be granted if the student is found to be in violation of the program and is asked to leave.
  4. Refund of program fees must be requested in writing no later than three weeks prior to the commencement of the program.
