                                              2011 Program Itinerary

*Activities are scheduled to change depending upon the weather and student enrolment. Please note: The weather in Vancouver at this time of year is beautiful and during the past 6 years we have never had to cancel scheduled activities. Some activities may be repeated to give students more time in interesting locations. We accept group bookings AND individual applicants for the Summer 2010 program.

*Program start and end dates are flexible between the dates of July 4th and August 12th , 2011 but applicants need to contact the District Principal, Maureen Smiley, at msmiley@sd45.bc.ca to make arrangements in advance. Customized programs may be arranged for your group in consultation with the District Principal. For example, activities can be switched to fit the date times that your group is here.

*No classes or scheduled activities on Monday, August 1st, 2011

*Whistler Mountain (Home of the 2010 Winter Olympics) is included in all stays of 3 weeks or longer. For stays under 3 weeks, an additional fee of 60.00 is charged for transportation to and from Whistler. A trip to the capital city of Victoria is included in all stays of 4 weeks or longer. For stays under 4 weeks, an additional charge of $90.00 is added to cover the cost of bus and ferry transportation to Victoria.

*A Closing Ceremony with certificate and parting gift is included on the last day of classes for all summer camp participants.

*Please note: There may also be an option to combine various other camps such as Sports Camps, Dance, Fun with Math and Science in combination with our ESL /English Summer Camp Program. Those activities will be announced in the Spring of 2010.

Fee Schedule: All prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars.

1 week – 845.00
2 week – 1690.00
3 week – 2450.00
4 week – 3200.00
5 week – 3550.00
6 week – 4075.00

All fees quoted include the following:

Tuition with all class materials
Medical Insurance
Transportation to and from all activities
Homestay accommodation and all meals/snacks
Entrance fees to all field trip venues
Free airport pickup for groups of 15 or more
Closing ceremony certificate and parting gift
Free Homestay for one adult chaperone for each group of 15 students
(Agent commission applicable)
